Run or walk one mile, 5k, 10k and a half marathon all in the month of August. This can be done all in one week or spaced out over the month. We just need evidence of each distance once you have completed them all.

Evidence to be submitted by: 1st September 2021. Please submit evidence once you have completed all 4 distances.
